If you have a technical question regarding the use of OligoMaster, please check the User Manual first. Please also ensure you are using the latest version of OligoMaster. The latest version includes new features, bug fixes and improved functionality.

Reporting a Bug
If you would like to report a bug in OligoMaster, please e-mail support@oligomaster.co.uk. Please include the following information in your e-mail:
- OS platform/version (e.g., Windows XP)
- Language
- OligoMaster version and build number (from the About menu)
If you have received an error message, it may also help us in determining the problem if you include as an e-mail attachment the file 'oligomaster.log' (and 'oligomasterserver.log', if present), which can be found in the 'logs' folder of your OligoMaster installation.

Importing Existing Data
If you are a registered user (i.e., you have purchased a full licence) and have oligos stored in some other format which you would like to import into OligoMaster, we may be able to help you - contact support to discuss your particular requirements.
